||This ministry plans and coordinates the activities of the Senior Citizens at our congregation
||This ministry is responsible for the maintenance of the Audio/Visual Systems of the building. It is also responsible for the training and scheduling of trained operators for the A/V Systems.
||This ministry is responsible for coordinating all activities related to our children. This will include the Children’s Worship Services, Sunday Morning 2 & 3, Sunday Evening JAM and Junior JAM, as well as other children’s fellowship activities. This deacon should insure that there is an open communication between all impacting ministries (L2L, VBS, Primary Education, Young Families, Orphan Care)
||This ministry allows the same message to be broadcast on any or all of the available means as appropriate, depending on the sensitivity of the message to effectively communicate with the congregation. This ministry also maintains and updates the bartlettwoods.org website.
||This ministry is responsible for setting up special events and for coordinating the use of the building.
|Family Care Groups
||This ministry is responsible for providing the care group leaders with information to be presented at the monthly meetings. This ministry is also to provide suggestions to care groups concerning worthy projects and to maintain records of care group activities and problems.
||This ministry is responsible for preparing our young people for marriage as well as strengthening the existing marriages in the congregation. Classes and retreats will be organized to facilitate this. This deacon works very closely with Stan Phipps, our family minister.
||This ministry is responsible for recruiting, training, and assigning volunteer greeters at the main entrances at the Bartlett Woods services.
||This ministry is responsible for the maintenance of our grounds. This ministry is also responsible for the cleanliness, safety, landscaping and general appearance of our grounds.
||This ministry assisted with special needs of the Senior Citizens at our congregation.
||This ministry is responsible for promoting member involvement in the activities of the church, to each member to recognize their talents and use them to glorify God.
||This ministry maintains and monitors the Church Kitchen and coordinates special meals.
|Lads to Leaders
||This ministry promotes the Lads to Leaders/Leaderettes Program within the Bartlett Woods Congregation.
||This ministry meets the urgent needs of hurting humanity in crisis situations utilizing the use of resources, talents and time to provide many different types of relief.
||This ministry maintains contact with our present missionaries, keeps the congregation informed about the progress of our mission efforts and seeks new mission efforts.
||This ministry staffs the nursery for all services and special activities.
||This ministry finds ways to support and encourage agencies and groups who are responsible for orphans in our area.
||This ministry works to promote Bartlett Woods to the surrounding community to teach them about the congregation and the church of Christ. This deacon works very closely with Marek Dawidow, our outreach minister.
||This ministry is responsible for promoting the prayer life at the Bartlett Woods congregation through prayer teams, devotionals and other prayer events.
||This ministry is responsible for overseeing the education department: 2 years old to 6th grade.
||This ministry is in charge of security measures for our buildings and grounds including such things as monitoring parking areas, opening and closing the building.
||This ministry is responsible for planning and supervising the Vacation Bible School each summer.
||This ministry is responsible for the maintenance of the church owned vehicles. This ministry is also responsible for supplying drivers for providing transportation for the elderly to the regularly scheduled services as well as Youth and other activities.
||This ministry is responsible for coordinating all of the Worship Services, Sunday AM and PM, Wednesday Evening. This ministry provides the Lord’s Supper and audio cassettes/CDs of the morning services to shut-ins and those in local hospitals.
||This ministry develops Bible studies, social events, fellowships, retreats and informal gathering times to provide opportunities for encouragement and establishing relationships with God and each other for the young professionals of our congregation.

The members of this group include the young marrieds and the young families with children from newborn through the Sixth Grade. This deacon works closely with Stan Phipps, our Family Minister.
||This ministry is in charge of all youth activities. This deacon works very closely with Jody Marble, our Youth Minister, to develop a well rounded youth program.

||This ministry is responsible for planning the course of study for the adult classes, selecting teachers for the adult classes and maintaining records as to the courses taught and teachers utilized each quarter.
||This ministry provides assistance to people, inside and outside of our church family, through meals on wheels and numerous types of assistance.
