Lads to Leaders/Leaderettes is a national youth leadership training program. This ministry equips and empowers young men and women to develop their God-given talents for God's glory. Children and adults alike can be involved in this program in influential ways.
Our L2L group attends the National Convention located in Nashville, Tennessee each year. The next convention is April 2-5, 2026 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort. Please register by Friday, December 12, 2025. More information on how to participate in the convention is below.
Because we focus on training, attendance at the Nashville Convention is not required to participate in our Lads to Leaders program at Bartlett Woods. Please use the appropriate links above to register for Lads to Leaders/Leaderettes whether you plan to participate only at Bartlett Woods or at our congregation and the Nashville. Hotel registration is only for those attending the Nashville convention.
